Fried Rice Recipe

This is easy to do, taste great and is best served with YUM YUM Sauce!

Ingredients:
Instant White Rice
Lite Soy Sauce
2 to 3 Eggs
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Prepare your instant rice, whatever serving size suits you. Spray a non stick spray or butter in a frying pan, fry up 2 to 3 eggs. I break the yokes immediately, sprinkle some salt and pepper over the eggs. Once your eggs are fried, using a spatula dice them up into small pieces in the frying pan then add your rice. Re-salt and re-pepper. Push the mixture of eggs and rice to the side of the frying pan and add a scoop of butter then push rice and egg mixture over the butter. After butter is melted add some lite Soy sauce and stir constantly for about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve.
