BBQ Polska Kielbasa and Grilled Vegetables
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
1 large Onion
1 green pepper
1 package of baby bella mushrooms (portabella)
1 red pepper
1 yellow or green zucchini
1 container of cherry tomatoes
12-15 pepperchinis
1 package of polska kielbasa
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Large garlic clove chopped
Non stick spray
Instant rice
9x13 aluminium pan
Directions:
Chop all vegetables and garlic glove put in large bowl. Cut kielbasa to half inch slices.
Add a dash of salt and pepper for seasoning to vegetables and a couple of squirts of balsamic dressing. Mix.
Use small aluminum pan (9x13) and Spray with non- cooking spray. Pour contents from bowl cover with foil put on grill till cooked. Serve with rice and enjoy!!!
